In line with GDPR and the requirements of the Google Business Profile API, you can request the full deletion of your MyAgentReply account and of all data processed on your behalf at any time. This page describes the procedure, timelines, and the exact data involved.
Go to 'My account' → 'Preferences' → 'Delete my account'. The request is processed automatically within 30 days, during which you can still cancel it.
Send your request to our support team from the email address linked to your account. We acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Account data
Credentials, profile, preferences, hashed passwords, and billing history beyond legal accounting obligations.
Reviews and replies
Content of Google reviews processed by the AI agent, drafts, and replies published on behalf of your listing.
Google OAuth tokens
All access and refresh tokens issued to access your Google Business Profile are revoked and destroyed.
Application logs
Usage logs, metrics, and technical logs tied to your account are deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
Standard deletion timeline: 30 days after request confirmation. Encrypted backups may contain residual copies for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten by rotation. Certain accounting data may be retained for as long as required by law (typically 7-10 years depending on jurisdiction).
